One Michelin star Chinese restaurant, Spring Moon, located in the famous and posh Peninsula Hotel Hong Kong. The menu is quite extensive and quite mind blowing. Must haves at this restaurant are the Hungarian Mangalica barbecued pork, char siu, it melts in your mouth, it’s that good! And also have to try the steamed whole crab claw with egg white and aged Chinese wine, and for dessert, we also ordered the baked tapioca pudding with chestnut, immensely satisfying. Not to mention the service is also exceptional. We have eaten here numerous times and I highly recommend this restaurant!
This is one of the very best restaurant for Cantonese food. Every dishes was very good in taste, quality and presentation.

The radish pastry, fish soup and lobster rice rolls exceeded expectations. Highly recommended.
